Management Team

Barry Rubenstein has more than 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. Most recently, Barry was the Senior Vice President of People and Culture for Tectonic Therapeutic, a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Prior to Tectonic, Barry was Vice President for Kala Pharmaceuticals, a leading eye care company.  Barry also served as an HR executive at AMAG Pharmaceuticals and led HR teams and M&A activities for AMAG resulting in product as well as company acquisitions. Barry holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University and a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University.
