BEDFORD, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Ocular Therapeutix, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies for diseases and conditions of the eye, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Ocular. Ocular’s common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “OCUL” on July 25, 2014. In addition, Ocular has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase, at the public offering price less the underwriting discount, up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
Morgan Stanley & Co., Cowen and Company and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. is acting as a co-manager.
