Return Policy
Ocular Therapeutix may provide credit or replace products supplied under the following conditions:
• There was an error in the shipment of products
• The product is defective

All credits/replacements must have prior authorization from Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. Any credits received will be deducted from your next order. No other reasons for return will be accepted.
